General Guidelines
- Returns must be approved by ArbinPowersport.
- Request a return within 30 days of ordering.
- Eligible items must be unused, uninstalled, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Custom print or graphic items are non-refundable.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Fees and Costs
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the product is defective.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordering mistakes.
- Return labels are not provided for buyer errors.
Special Cases
- Installed electronics (controllers, motors, batteries) are subject to approval.
- Defective or damaged items qualify for a replacement or refund (Arbin Powersport covers shipping in such cases).
Refunds
- Refunds are issued for the product price only (shipping fees non-refundable).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the item is inspected.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damages and Issues
- Inspect items upon receipt and report any defects, damages, or wrong shipments immediately.
Exchanges
- For faster exchanges, return the original item and place a new order.
Authorization Required
- Returns must be authorized before being shipped back. ArbinPowersport is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
