Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return authorization must be obtained before sending items back

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Items damaged due to improper use or installation

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item following this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
